年の終わり（なのは明らかですが）、何をするにしても、怒りに身を任せないようにしてください！特に12月の始めの週は、動揺する度に深呼吸して、怒りを周囲に撒き散らすことがどんなに悪夢的で破壊的なものになり得るのかを思い出してください。その時は自分が正しいと思えてもです！自分自身を理性的に表現する方法を探しましょう。
