12月が始まってもなお、人生の幾つかの部分からのただならぬプレッシャーの下にいます。あなたがそれらを鎮めたいのは明らかですが、時間がかかります。

As December begins, you’re under considerable pressure from several areas of your life. Obviously, you’d rather put these to rest swiftly, but they’ll take time.

The challenge, therefore, is to enjoy those many elements of your life that are going wonderfully, but refuse to allow frustrations to overshadow these.

This proves unexpectedly difficult but it’s a skill worth developing. You’ll use it in many ways and settings, including as you deal with the work or practical concerns that arise in late December.
